Detail

Minimum Detail Size (mm) ? Details smaller than this get erased during tracing - a cleanup/aesthetic choice, not tied to what your printer can physically do. Raise it for a simpler result, lower it to keep finer detail.

Edge Softening ? Smooths pixel-level noise before the black/white cutoff runs, so edges follow the real contour instead of jagged individual pixels.

Advanced Options

Minimum Wall Thickness (mm) ? The thinnest wall you've confirmed prints reliably on your setup. This is a number you set yourself from your own testing, not something calculated - enforced as a floor whenever you set a shape's stroke thickness, and checked again at export.

Minimum Gap (mm) ? The smallest space your printer can leave between two separate features before they merge into one blob. A different number from wall thickness: a printer that lays a 0.3mm wall may still need 0.8mm of clearance. Two 0.5mm circles 0.6mm apart print as a peanut, not two circles. Used by Print Check.

Stroke Thickness (mm) ? Used automatically every time you invert a new shape. Still enforced against your minimum wall thickness above - you can always override an individual shape's thickness afterward in the toolbar.
